The opportunity

The Role

The Human Resources Coordinator performs various administrative services to support human resources functions within the facility and follows Corporate HR directives, including recruiting assistance, new employee onboarding and orientation, records maintenance, employee engagement, work authorization verification, offboarding, HRIS data entry, and support of local HR team.  Bilingual (Spanish) is required.

 

The Requirements

  • AS or BS Degree in Human Resources Management or related field or commensurate experience
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in HR coordinator of generalist functions
  • Bilingual language skills (Spanish). Must be able to translate competently between English and Spanish
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong focus on customer service
  • Strong proficiency in MS365, especially Excel
  • Experience in working with digital HRIS systems (PeopleSoft, SAP Success Factors, iCIMS, or similar)
  • Ability to work in a team-based environment
  • Ability to foster a positive employment experience for all candidates and employees
  • Vision is required to perform required tasks associated with job
  • Hearing is required to hear instructions, safety warnings, and other communication
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English and Spanish languages effectively
