The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of maintenance.  This position will have up to 20 direct reports.  This opportunity is based in our Sales Marketing and Distribution Team. 

The role

• Maintain building and material handling equipment for the day-to-day operations PM maintenance schedules and track cost of repairs and equipment usage.
• Maintain and implement a safe working environment, housekeeping, and ensure compliance with all governmental agencies.
• Negotiate and re-negotiate service contracts with vendors.
• Gather quotes for planned projects.
• Work with IT and Engineering Department on plant projects.
• Support management in on time deliveries, projects, and overall growth.

The requirement

• High school diploma; AAS or Trade School preferred
• Electrical, plumbing, HVAC
• At least 2 years maintenance experience
• At least 2 years leadership experience
• Ability to reason and make judgements
